Jeca S. Williams leads Creative ADR Services with a calm, organized process for parties ready to negotiate. She has served on the Texas Department of Insurance mediator roster and has been selected by mutual agreement in more than 1,350 Texas healthcare Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) matters. Beyond healthcare IDR, Jeca mediates civil, family, education, workplace, and community disputes, and has volunteered with the Dallas County Dispute Resolution Center, where she was named Volunteer Mediator of the Month. She holds a master's degree in conflict resolution and reconciliation and is a TMCA Credentialed Mediator. Sessions are offered virtually for parties across Texas.
